Founder Lani Hennessey has trained a skilled team of massage therapists who treat clients both at our Downtown Hermosa Beach office and in-home. This hands-on training ensures consistent, high-quality care focused on identifying and correcting musculoskeletal imbalances.
Each session is tailored to the individual, using a blend of manual therapy techniques to improve movement, restore symmetry, and prevent recurring issues. We emphasize clear communication, educating clients on movement modifications and self-care strategies to support long-term results.
We specialize in Medical & Therapeutic Massage, which can be intense, especially if it’s your first deep tissue experience, but we always work within your comfort zone. Our goal is to make each session not just therapeutic, but educational for both your body and mind.

After 20+ years as a massage therapist Jill has been able to blend a variety of modalities together to form a unique massage that is extremely deep and comprehensively addresses the whole body. Her former life as a body builder has brought knowledge in strengthening the body and addressing common injuries and obstacles. Now as a Mom, Jill has a life full of family time and an understanding of life's stresses.

Rachel was formerly a product designer and fine arts sculptor, and has dedicated her life to studying the wonders of human anatomy and physiology. After struggling for many years with a sports injury, and subsequently finding healing through massage therapy, Rachel discovered that it was not enough for her to merely study the human body; she needed to help others find their path to wellness. Finding Massage Therapy through the exploration of her own health Jozie channels that experience into healing clients and slowing down the pace of today's society. Blending techniques to create a tailored approach to each persons needs. Jozie has committed to continuing her education for an evolving treatment each session.

Sangjin is an experienced massage therapist from South Korea, specializing in professional athletes. With expertise in various modalities and a focus on chronic conditions and immune support, he is pursuing certification as a Certified Traditional Naturopath. Sangjin integrates Shiatsu, acupressure, Do-su therapy, and sports massage in his sessions, providing a tailored therapeutic experience while being a dedicated partner in his clients' health journeys.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body control and balance. It involves a series of controlled movements that are performed with precision and proper breathing techniques. Pilates can be beneficial for improving posture, reducing stress, and increasing muscle tone and endurance. Our office has our own Pilates machines. Private Pilates can be incredibly beneficial for those looking to improve their overall fitness and well-being. With one-on-one attention from our experienced instructors, you can achieve your fitness goals in a safe personalized environment.

Isabele is certified in Basi Pilates comprehensive training program a 500+ hour certification that preserves the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates while supporting and encouraging evolution based on experience and scientific knowledge. She is also certified in Rockit Body Pilates, which is a fusion of Pilates, cardio and strength training. Consisting of low impact muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize core strength and improve muscular balance.
