At Healing Hands by Lani, we proudly support the L.A. Clippers, on the road and at home, working alongside athletes and medical staff to boost performance and recovery.
Founder Lani Hennessey has trained a skilled team of massage therapists who treat clients both at our Downtown Hermosa Beach office and in-home. This hands-on training ensures consistent, high-quality care focused on identifying and correcting musculoskeletal imbalances.
Each session is tailored to the individual, using a blend of manual therapy techniques to improve movement, restore symmetry, and prevent recurring issues. We emphasize clear communication, educating clients on movement modifications and self-care strategies to support long-term results.
We specialize in Medical & Therapeutic Massage, which can be intense, especially if it’s your first deep tissue experience, we always work within your comfort level. Our goal is to make each session not just therapeutic, but educational for both your body and mind.

After 25+ years as a massage therapist Jill has been able to blend a variety of modalities together to form a unique massage that is extremely deep and comprehensively addresses the whole body. Her former life as a body builder has brought knowledge in strengthening the body and addressing common injuries and obstacles. Now as a Mom, Jill has a life full of family time and an understanding of life's stresses.

Rachel has devoted her career to understanding the complexity and resilience of the human body. After years of navigating a sports-related injury and experiencing the restorative power of massage therapy, she realized her passion extended beyond learning—it was about supporting others in their healing journeys. Rachel is committed to helping every body move with greater comfort and balance, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body control and balance. It involves a series of controlled movements that are performed with precision and proper breathing techniques. Pilates can be beneficial for improving posture, reducing stress, and increasing muscle tone and endurance. Our office has our own Pilates machines. Private Pilates can be incredibly beneficial for those looking to improve their overall fitness and well-being. With one-on-one attention from our experienced instructors, you can achieve your fitness goals in a safe personalized environment.

Isabele is certified in Basi Pilates comprehensive training program a 500+ hour certification that preserves the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates while supporting and encouraging evolution based on experience and scientific knowledge. She is also certified in Rockit Body Pilates, which is a fusion of Pilates, cardio and strength training. Consisting of low impact muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize core strength and improve muscular balance.
